IT Consultancy & Support

Ixis offers consultancy and support for both Microsoft and Linux based operating systems and their associated server applications. As part of our consultancy we are often also responsible for IT purchasing through a balance of quality and price.

We have worked with larger IT departments to implement installs and migrations whilst continuing to provide IT support to smaller companies who often have stretched, or sometimes no dedicated IT department.

Support is primarily provided to companies where the infrastructure is known to us, allowing quick response times and faster resolution of issues. We encourage the use of support by remote access as this minimises disruption to your business, and reduces the delay associated with a call out.

Our support team are both technical and professional, whilst our friendly and enthusiastic attitude allows us to also support non technical users. All Information Technology enquiries are addressed by our inhouse staff.
