High availability SLAs

A 99.9% uptime SLA roughly equates to 45 minutes down per month whereas a 99.99% SLA equates to just over 4 minutes of potential downtime per month.

For some sites, such as those which may turnover several thousand pounds per hour we need to ensure redundancy at every point in the architecture.

We can ensure there is no single point of failure, from failover firewalls & load balancers through to multiple and redundant front end web servers and back end database servers.
