IATEFL Conference 2009

Working alongside the British Council we produced an interactive community powered web site to run along side the annual IATEFL conference which was being held in Cardiff for 2009.

Using Drupal 6 we provided a workflow for presenters to publish their session in the weeks leading up to the conference. This included providing downloadable material for the attendees, and also the international community who would be taking part in the conference solely through the website as a digital delegate.

After a session was over, rich media was made available and associated with the sessions to include video and audio. In addition to this the Cardiff site automatically collected flickr.com pictures from people tagging their images.
