National Skills Academy Nuclear

Ixis have been working with National Skills Academy for Nuclear (NSAN) for over 4 years. The original brief was to design and build the corporate website to promote courses and skills based training for the Nuclear industry.

The site needed to provide information about the organisations services, a job board and a news stream, as well as embedded streaming video of case studies. To assist with the sharing of information across the UK an E-Room system was developed to allow users to access, download and review key documents within a number of working-groups with in the Nuclear industry.

More recently, Ixis were commissioned to upgrade the framework to Drupal 7.  The outcome was a vastly improved content administration environment for the Nuclear web editing team and a neatly integrated commerce system which will enable growth in the virtual learning space.
